- Use Your Nibbles Card: Simply pay with your Nibbles Card at the vet for your pet's visit.
- We Detect the Visit: Our system will detect the visit and automatically begin the claims process.
- Confirm with Us: You will receive a quick email or text asking if you would like us to file the claim for you.
- We Handle the Paperwork: If you say yes, we will contact the vet to gather the visit details and itemized receipt. We will then submit the claim on your behalf.
If we ever need more information from you or can't get the records from the vet, we will follow up directly with you to ensure your claim is processed smoothly.
