Nibbles uses a specific model to determine eligibility age, breed, health, pre-existing conditions, local veterinary costs, and underwriting guidelines. A common reason for disqualification is our current age requirements for new enrollment:
- Minimum Age: 7 weeks old
- Maximum Age: 7 years for dogs / 9 years for cats
If your pet is outside these ranges, or has certain pre-existing conditions, they may not qualify for the insurance benefits at this time.
