What happens after you submit a claim:
After your claim has been submitted, we will review the invoice(s) along with any supporting documents. If more information is needed, we will reach out to your vet directly. Please note, this may delay the processing time.
You will receive an email once your claim has been completed. To view the results, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign into the Nibbles Dashboard at any time.
- Select the pet you would like to view the claim for from the dashboard home.
- Select the "claims" tab in the center of the screen.
- Select the claim you would would like to view.
- You can view the status, history, and records on this details page.
- When your claim has been completed you can view the explanation of benefits and any payout information on this page.
