If your address has changed, we'll need to know within 30 days of the change. To update your address, you can send us an email and request a change.
If you relocate to a state where Nibbles does not currently operate, you will need to either assume the full cost of the policy independently or cancel your coverage. Because we do not yet offer services in all states, we cannot manage policies for residents in unsupported areas.
A change of address may result in an additional location fee -- as you can imagine vet care is way more affordable in Kansas than in California.
