If you suspect unauthorized use of your card or your card has been damaged, please contact us immediately via our automated phone system or by reporting it in your Nibbles Dashboard.
- If you report your Nibbles card as lost or stolen we will lock your card for your protection and reissue you a new card number.
- If you report your Nibbles card as damaged your card will remain active while we send you a replacement card.
Your replacement card will arrive within 7-10 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered your card, please call us using the number on the back of your card.
To report via phone:
To request a replacement card via our automated phone system, call the number on the back of your card or listed on your Nibbles Card Statement and select option 4 – Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card, and follow the instructions.
To report via your Nibbles Dashboard:
1. Login to your Nibbles Dashboard
2. Click on Nibbles Credit Card
3. Click on Manage
4. Click on Report lost or stolen card
5. Follow the steps provided
6. You will receive confirmation once your request is completed, along with an email verifying the details.
