¹ Upon activation of the Nibbles Card, and subject to the benefit’s eligibility requirements, cardholders receive Nibbles pet insurance base coverage for one dog or cat. Base coverage provides up to $20,000 annually in reimbursement for eligible expenses, conditional on maintaining an active cardholder account in good standing Full details on Nibbles Insurance can be found here, with sample policies available here. Coverage for additional pets is not included and can be added to your policy for an additional cost.

Nibbles Insurance Agency LLC (“Nibbles”) is a licensed agency (NPN #20175498). Insurance coverage can be administered by Norse Specialty Insurance Company, Inc. and underwritten by Trisura Insurance Company, Clear Blue Insurance Company, or Clear Blue Specialty Insurance Company. Pet health insurance can also be administered by Rainwalk Technology, Inc. NPN# 19561832 (CA agency #6005294) located at 1225 Laurel Street, Suite 421, Columbia, SC 29201 and underwritten by Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. NAIC# 80578 with offices at 2600 Dodge Street Omaha, NE 68131. Coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, underwriting review, and approval, and may not be available for all risks or in all states. Rates and discounts vary, are determined by many factors, and are subject to change.

² Earn 3 points for every $1 spent at pet-related merchants such as veterinary services (MCC 0742) and pet shops (MCC 5995). Purchases made at larger stores that sell a wide variety of goods, such as department stores, warehouse clubs, discount stores and drugstores, are not eligible for the pet-related merchant rewards category. Nibbles may expand eligible categories and merchants for rewards and benefits at its sole discretion. Updates will be communicated in the program terms. All other purchases earn 1 point per $1 spent. ³ The Nibbles Rewards Credit Card (“Nibbles Card”) is issued by Lead Bank, under license from Mastercard International and can be used wherever Mastercard is accepted. The card has no annual fee. The variable APR is based on the U.S. Prime Rate + 17.74% and is subject to change (max 29.99%). Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen, or a permanent resident with a valid SSN or ITIN. Card membership is subject to eligibility and credit approval. The Nibbles Card is not currently available to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Kentucky, New York, Puerto Rico, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, or Washington.

⁴ Nibbles is not a bank. The Nibbles Rewards Credit Card is issued by Lead Bank, pursuant to Mastercard licensing.

⁵ Points earned on eligible purchases are posted to your account per statement period after the payment of your statement balance. Points can be redeemed toward eligible rewards, including pet-related expenses and merchandise. Terms apply.
