We don't pay your vet directly, pet insurance works on a reimbursement model. You pay your vet using the Nibbles card (or another payment method), then file a claim for reimbursement. How that reimbursement reaches you depends on your servicer:

For approved claims, we'll issue reimbursement, minus your co-insurance and deductible, by ACH or by check. Expect to receive it within 1–2 weeks after your claim is processed.
