Your Annual Policy Limits and deductibles are calculated by adding 12 months to your Policy Effective Date, which sets your Policy Renewal Date — shown on your declaration page.
These limits apply on a year-to-year basis: from your Policy Effective Date to your Policy Renewal Date, then from each Policy Renewal Date to the next. Your Annual Policy Limits and deductibles reset to the amounts on your declaration page after each Policy Renewal Date.
