Earning Pet Points
When you use your Nibbles Card, you earn Pet Points — 3x points on pet purchases and 1x on everything else. Each point is worth one cent, and you can redeem points toward your card balance.
Which Purchases Earn 3x Rewards?
3x categories are based on Mastercard merchant codes, such as Veterinary Services (MCC 0742) and Pet Shops (MCC 5995), among others.
Purchases at larger stores that sell a wide variety of goods — department stores, warehouse clubs, discount stores, and drugstores — don't qualify for the 3x pet-related rewards category, even if you're buying pet items there. This includes stores like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Tractor Supply, and Fleet Farm.
Disputing a Missing 3x Categorization
Think a purchase should have earned 3x points but didn't? You can report it:
- Open your account.
- Click the transaction in question.
- Select "Report an issue" at the bottom of the transaction screen and follow the prompts.
We'll review the transaction. If it qualifies, we'll update your account. If not, we'll explain why by email.
Things to Know
- Rewards aren't cash-transferable and can only be applied as statement credits.
- Points don't expire as long as your Nibbles Card account remains open and in good standing.

How to Find and Redeem Your Points
- Sign in to your Nibbles account.
- Tap the two lines in the top right to open the menu.
- Select "Nibbles Credit Card" from the menu.
- Tap the "Rewards" tab to view your rewards. To redeem, click "Redeem" — either from the Rewards section on your account homepage, or from the Rewards tab in the Nibbles Credit Card area. Points convert automatically, with 100 points equaling $1 in statement credit.
