What is an authorized user? An authorized user is someone you add to your Nibbles Card account. This could be a partner, caregiver, or family member who helps care for your pet. They get their own Nibbles Card linked to your account so they can make purchases too.
How much does adding an authorized user cost? Adding an authorized user costs $49/year.
What does the authorized user get?
- Their own Nibbles Card linked to your account, so they can make purchases directly.
- The same rewards you do: 3x rewards on eligible pet and vet purchases, and 1x on everything else. These rewards will be added to the primary cardholder’s account.

How do I add an authorized user?
- Navigate to your Nibbles online account, under the Products tab.
- Provide some information about the person you'd like to add.
- Nibbles runs a quick security check for approval.
- Once approved, you'll be charged $49, and the authorized user's card will arrive in 10–14 business days.
When am I charged the $49 fee? You're charged only after the authorized user is approved.
How long does it take to receive the card? Once approved, the authorized user's card ships within 10–14 business days.
Who can I add as an authorized user? Anyone in your pet's life who helps keep them fed and healthy: A partner, caregiver, or family member. All authorized users go through a quick security check before approval.
Do purchases made by the authorized user affect my account? Yes. Their card is linked to your primary Nibbles account, so purchases and rewards flow through your account. Adding an Authorized User will not change your cardholder agreement or terms of service.
By adding an authorized user, you agree you are responsible for all charges they make. Their card activity will be reported to credit bureaus and may affect their credit score. You confirm they consent to being added. The $49 annual fee applies once your authorized user is approved.
